FAQ'S, INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS FAQ: To order; click on your favorite headwear and follow the instructions. << BACK MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS: Measure you head carefully; you do this by taking the measurements right above the ears and around your forehead. You mark down the results on our order form. Please indicate whether they are centimeters or inches. << BACK QUESTIONS: Should you have any questions about hats to be ordered please consult our website contact page and fill in the form. You will be answered as soon as possible. << BACK PETSALON'S GENERAL CONDITIONS: Petsalon's privacy statement; Information given to us is kept strictly confidential and is not passed on or sold to third parties. << BACK ORDER REVOCATION: After a period of 3 days you will receive your order confirmation, the order number, delivery time and the payment conditions (PayPal, free and easy). Since all headgear is made to order it is only possible to rescind your order within the first 3 days of your request. Once your headwear has been made there are no cancellations possible. << BACK GARANTY: The Petsalon guarantees that all headwear is made with care and tailored to your specific wishes. Taking of measurements is at your own risk and is therefore essential that you follow the instructions carefully. In case of errors please call or email so we can try to come up with a possible solution together. << BACK DELIVERY TIME: All prices are incl. 19% BTW ex. postal charges. For cash-on-delivery orders (only in the Netherlands) there is a €7,50 service fee added. After your order has been confirmed you will receive your bill. Once the payment has been received, the hat will be made and delivered. Delivery time will take approx. 10 days. << BACK
